Items will be Accepted For Refund When Received in Original Packaging, with Tags Attached, Unworn, and Undamaged.

To Return by Mail:

-Submit an email to atozmonogramming@gmail.com with "return request" as subject line

-Please include order number and item to returned in email  

-Have item in original packaging 

- A Shipping Label will be sent to your email

-Attach label to envelope and place in mail within 3 days of receiving the return label 

-You will be credited back when item is received

-A $8-10 Shipping/ Handling Fee will be deducted from returned orders
